Unlike our adult trampoline classes rebound is designed as a fitness workout and is a great alternative to a structured trampoline lesson.

Whilst on the trampoline the cardio workout will consist of a series of controlled movements and sequences. Additional off trampoline exercise (including stretching) plus the on trampoline workout combine to give participants a beneficial aerobic workout.

We also offer more structured sessions that work every area of the body whilst learning new skills. These sessions are for all ages and abilities!


Due to stringent hygiene procedures in place at BTC we no longer accept cash on arrival.   You can book online one week before the session, booking closes 20 minutes before the session starts.
